399dat Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the 399dat Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 399dat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. If it is established that a Player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining deposit balance will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

When registering for a 399dat account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and update that information as necessary. False or misleading registration details — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and recovery of any withdrawals made in error.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active 399dat account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 399dat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts and to void any associated bonuses and winnings. Players who suspect a duplicate account exists should contact support immediately.

399dat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services (MFS):

Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the registered 399dat account name — are not accepted. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within the 399dat cashier. 399dat reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, with notice provided to Players via in-platform notification or email. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction. Deposits that fall below the minimum amount will not be credited to the Player's account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same MFS wallet used for the corresponding deposit. 399dat aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the MFS provider and any identity verification requirements that apply. 399dat reserves the right to:

• Request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal
• Delay processing of withdrawal requests where fraud or money laundering is suspected
• Deduct any bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements from the withdrawal amount
• Reverse a withdrawal request that has not yet been processed if the Player requests it via support

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional rewards offered by 399dat are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or exploiting promotions through coordinated activity with other Players — will have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed. 399dat employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect such behaviour.

All sports bets placed on 399dat — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet will not be accepted except where 399dat determines that a clear and manifest error has occurred
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement
• 399dat reserves the right to void bets where odds were offered in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. 399dat accepts no liability for delays in live data that may affect in-play bet acceptance

All casino games, slot titles, and crash games (including Dragon of Demons and Limbo) are provided by third-party software suppliers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) certification and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently audited. 399dat does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the last confirmed server state when the Player reconnects. Winnings generated during any period of confirmed disconnection will be credited automatically. If a technical fault prevents the correct settlement of a game round, 399dat will investigate and may void the round, crediting the stake back to the Player's account.

399dat reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Collusion with other Players or manipulation of game or betting outcomes
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 399dat without prior contact with support
• Evidence that the Player is under 21 years of age

Players may request the closure of their 399dat account at any time by contacting support via the in-platform live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered MFS wallet within the standard processing period. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

399dat makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 399dat shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage suffered by a Player as a result of Platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399dat's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 399dat shall not be liable under any circumstances for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, consequential loss, or special damages.

Game content is provided by third-party software suppliers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 399dat does not accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect payouts arising from the software or systems of these third-party providers. Where a provider error is confirmed, the relevant game rounds will be investigated and settled in accordance with the provider's published error resolution policy.

399dat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 399dat will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via in-platform notification or email prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving as closely as possible the original intent of the provision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on the 399dat Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 399dat with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. No waiver by 399dat of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
